History: Azuriel is a moon faerie (you know, silver hair, blue eyes, pale skin, like, DUH!). For two centuries he's been on his own, but before that he used to belong to the faerie guardians of Nefareica, the City of Silver Roses. He was cast out when he became cursed by an evil sorcerer who came to the city. He gave up his faerie life to save the city, but instead of being praised as a hero, he was condemned from the faerie kingdom. Since he has travelled from tavern to tavern, singing his songs of the heroes he's met, the songs he's wrote, and the life he's led. But at night, when the moon shines high and low, the curse takes him, and each morning he wakes from a horrible nightmare that is him.
More years have passed and Azuriel has abandoned his bard-like role in cheering people, and has merely made his way through the world and through life once more. He travels as a quiet wanderer, his chiming staff in hand, his straw hat pulled low over his glimmering blue eyes. He does not smile as much as he used to, and no longer sings for his own enjoyment.
