last book(s) i read: The Help, because my aunt gave it to me when all my other books were in storage because I had to move. It's well-written, but sooo depressing. crying
latest favorite books: Keys to the Kingdom books were fun. Also Garth Nix's Abhorsen trilogy. Lirael is the best. I also really enjoyed the book Wicked. In March 2010, I was reading Trickster's Choice by Tamora Pierce. I don't like uber-heroines (see Heinlein) that much; I find Nix heroines to be much more realistic/believable, but Pierce's stuff is still interesting.

future career: teacher (elementary or maybe middle school)
reason(s) for chosen career: i truly believe that a career as a teacher is the best way for me to push myself to be the best person i can be. i am always always on my absolute best, bravest, kindest, most patient behavior to set a good example for the kids. the days i spend with kids can be physically tiring, but emotionally, i am energized, motivated, and my heart is full. nothing beats that feeling! heart <-- ok, currently, i'm not doing that stuff, i graduated with a bachelor's but hit some more roadblocks. i did volunteer stuff for a while. i should probably get back to that stuff. but currently i am enjoying being lazy and doting on my wonderful husband. ;P

Yea dating websites are the best way to find lovers for people like us! When I meet someone for the first time ever (no internet contact prior), I get SO tense, and this is for purly platonic situations. And I'm expected to flirt with people i might want to date? It was always just way too much for me. Yay for us though. God only knows how long I'd be single without OkCupid. XD

Yes! Fellow trek fan and I love LOST. I think Hurley is the most logical because he has few or no "fatal flaws". Hope I didn't say that already in my post.
My brain is a little scattered. School and working a LOT of hours taking its toll.
