Helllooo. I read you status about failing stuff. It helps me if I plan out what I am going to do each day...without going into too much detail. Same with studying for test, first I get the definitions and concepts down, then I work on specific "fun" facts. Haha. I hope you are studying while coping.

go to your profile, then click on edit my pro in the top right of the page, then find the blue edit box that pops up, then click content, then click gifts, and drag and drop the box wherever you please.

Good question. I just keep track in a custom content box...but I'm sure there is one under content that will let you add that to your profile, unless you have a custom-content profile that wasn't made through Gaia (ex: the classic tektek override profiles).
