Of course.

It's a condition fighters get when they've actually overworked their muscles, it's the brain begging them to take a break. Basically, too much fighting, not enough rest.

Muscle restriction, it's like my brain telling my body to cool off or burn itself up.


It happens during this time of year, it means I'm physically restricted in movement unless the pectoral, intercostal and abdominal muscles relax properly - which I've only managed twice in my entire life.

In short, my body is saying it needs to relax.
