And yeah, the more you login, the better things you can get from the Daily Chance. Also, if you do the Dumpster Dive periodically throughout the day, you might find something good (Philosopher's Caches aren't good- unless you're looking to collect them for Alchemy.) 39 billion is still pretty high, but it's definitely not out of reach. You can easily make a few million per Heart Charm you get from the Daily Chance- for example.

It sounds good that you're going back to school. I definitely recommend trying to find ways to boost your confidence though. If you're not very confident, employers can tell and that can definitely hurt your chances. The co-op is a great place to start! By any means, though, don't let that stop you from trying. No matter where you are in the world, there are always a handful of qualified people for any position, and sometimes the employer may be looking for things beyond your control (hours of availability, for example.) Just keep putting yourself out there and you'll eventually find something. smile

The unhappy comment was written when I found out Robin Williams had passed away. It was very depressing to me. I'm otherwise fine, though. Yesterday was my husband's birthday. biggrin

Sadly, the inflation is massive. Still it can't hurt to try, if you wanted to set a goal for yourself. What were you questing for again?
As far as the school/job thing, yeah, I know how that goes. Sorry to hear about it, but as long as going back won't hurt you too hard, that's definitely an option for you. I just want to advise to look anywhere you can - I ended up working for a Customer Service company, and I actually really love my job. I want to move up, but the inability is more due to personal circumstances than education.

Things here have overall been working out. That, however, doesn't mean it's been easy. But my mood has improved greatly because I finally get a vacation from school. Even though I still have to work, I don't mind since I don't have to worry about both at once. So for the next month, hopefully I'll just be able to relax a while, at least after finals are over next week. Yeah, I hope there's a good Christmas event this year. I came back to Gaia in the middle of the Halloween event, which was alright. The Christmas events have always been my favorite though.

The biggest thing is, I have to pick between two schools I've been accepted to. There are pros and cons to both, but I really don't have a strong preference.

Mostly ok. I have to figure out school stuff for next semester, and it is getting down to the wire. I always procrastinate too much and cause myself unnecessary stress. No worries about taking time replying, I'm not on here super often myself.
