No. My depression has been getting so bad that I will go days without eating, showering, drinking water.. I will just sleep because I feel so defeated.
I know I need to be better, but.. I just.. idk..
I just want to make sure everyone else around is not at this point. I tbh could care less what happens to myself, (which I know is bad lol) I would rather just help or care/love others.
