Alright, so you know how things that are said by a select few get uber popular? (Epic, FTW, etc.) Well, I think they get over-used, loose meaning, and it never has the same effect for me. I now view "epic" as a term to describe something lame. And today I saw about three :3 faces on facebook. From people who shouldn't use them or have the personality to do so. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IT MEANS! >:C

Aaand... that's my rant.

I assumed Static Face had a Gaia origin.
Or was heavily influenced by it.
Because of the boots. But that's it.
That, and Gaako was originated in Gaia.

Of course lol. No worries, I just actually put the effort to look into it a few months ago. The Monkey album is similar to sort of electro-funk in Plastic Beach, cept for everyone sings in Chinese hurr.

I just wish there was a giant collection of his art because it's sometimes really hard to find his non-Gorillaz/Tank Girl work ]:.

Get the Freebies? Or Monkey? Get the Freebies was his work way back in the 90's I believe. And Monkey was an Opera created by him and Damon Albarn, where Jamie did the artwork. I think it was around 2007 or 2008 where the Opera debuted, and had its run and then they released his artwork along with an album for the show.

I just realized I've been showcasing a lot of his art in my sig with Monkey, GTF, and Gorillaz phase 3 D8.
