Hysuu was raised in an orphanage in Amegakure from the time she was an infant until the age of 10. She grew up listening to stories about her parents, as they were very well known in the village. Her mother, Kei, was a medical researcher and her father, Yatsa, was a scientist. They both dedicated their lives to extending human life. A few months after Hysuu was born, both of her parents were assassinated and all of their research was stolen. After taking all of their research and findings, the assassin set the house ablaze with Hysuu still inside. Fire fighters were able to rescue the girl; she sustained only a few small second degree burns, which healed perfectly over time.
Once Hysuu learned how to read, she spent all of her time reading any medical books that she could get her hands on. She was greatly inspired by her parents and wanted to be just like them when she got older. She spent a great deal of her time at the library learning how the human body worked; eventually she knew how the human body worked inside and out.
At the age of 10 Hysuu was adopted by a middle aged doctor named Rei. Rei took good care of Hysuu and was impressed by her eagerness to learn. Eventually he let Hysuu shadow him and watch some minor procedures he did in his office; she learned even more and became fascinated.
When Hysuu turned 12, Rei revealed to her that he knew medical ninjutsu, and that he believed she was ready to learn. This event marked the beginning of her training in becoming a medic – nin. Rei was astounded at how fast she learned the ninjutsu and at her excellent chakra control. Over time Hysuu surpassed her teacher; perfecting the techniques that he had taught her. Rei even taught Hysuu the Four Clauses of Medical Ninja; the laws that all medical ninja abide by:
First Clause: "No medic ninja shall ever stop medical treatment until the lives of their party members have come to an end."
Second Clause: "No medic ninja shall ever stand on the front lines."
Third Clause: "No medic ninja shall ever die until they are the last of their platoon."
Fourth Clause: "Only those medic ninja who have mastered the Strength of a Hundred Technique of the ninja art Creation Rebirth are permitted to discard the above-mentioned laws."
When Hysuu turned 14, Rei believed that he had taught Hysuu all the medical ninjutsu that he could, and began teaching her how to use a katana, as that would be her only means of offense besides the medical ninjutsu.
At the age of 16, Hysuu had learned all that she possibly could from Rei. She thanked him many times, but told him that her quest for knowledge was far from over. As much as he didn’t want to see her leave, he agreed that there was much more for her out in the world than in Amegakure alone. With a last final farewell, she left the dreary protection of Amegakure and headed out.
It wasn’t long until she met a boy by the name of Saco. He taught Hysuu all about her bloodline and Kekkai Genkai. By teaching her about the Gaikeigan, he revealed to her, her true potential. She decided that she could learn a lot from Saco, so she convinced him to let her stick around and in return she would protect him with her life. As time went on she grew closer and closer to Saco.

Well, if you don't already know, my name is Kailey. It's easy to get along with me as I'm pretty laid back most of the time. I try my best to be nice to everyone and keep an open mind, but when people test my patience, I can turn bitchy pretty quick. I like to meet new people and also like to learn about different cultures, beliefs, and different ways of thinking. I love to learn and believe that there's always something new to learn. I believe that you can never know too much.
I've been a member of Gaia since '06 or '07, I can't really remember anymore. I kind of miss the old days and I also miss the old Naruto Community I use to run around with in Rally. Nowadays, I'm not on Gaia very much. Between school and my part time job, I'm always kept busy. Whenever I am online, I spend most of my time playing zOMG!; I'm definitely an avid zOMG! player. I don't know why I like it so much, but I just do.
I'm currently going to school to become an optometrist with a degree in ocular diseases. Did you know that 70% of how you perceive the world is with your eyes? Pretty cool huh? Out of all 5 of your senses, you use your eyes the most.
I graduated high school in May of 2013 in the top 10% of my class, something that I am proud of (ranked 9th out of 133... Yeah, tiny school, I know), and am currently attending a vocational school for Vision Care Technology. After this school year, I will take an exam, and if I pass, I will be a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (COA). I possibly have a job opportunity at the optometrist's office down the road; hopefully I can get a job there. Once I'm financially stable, I'll begin going to school for optometry.
