Midnight Song
Sadness, an emotion of dark features. Sadness comes to one in a moment of weakness.
It arises in many forms. In some a weak wall easy to break.
But in others, it comes slowly but surely. Like a pit almost infinite in depth, filling rapidly with water.
An emotion when with no way to escape, a person drowns in their own despair.
Sadness is incomprehensible, but one thing is always clear. Without a helping hand to pull you out you become submerged in self hatred, loneliness, depression, and it always leads to one thing……
