No. 24

Prompt: Dance
She's skipping across the room, toes arched, arms outstretched, and fingers reaching out to the air. On a crescendo from the song, she leaps, pirouettes, and lands with her heels fit snugly together. The sundress she wears falls down, its fight against gravity lost.
Another beat, and the woman pauses, bending down at the waist. One arm touches the ground while the other reaches back up to the ceiling in a salute to some higher deity.
A crash of a gong, and the woman is off again - legs dancing, back arched and throat bared, a bell-like laughing escaping her lips.
It's times like these he wonders if he married a elfling or not.
