As soon as I walked in Halberd High School I was greeted by several people since it was the first day of high school for everyone around me including myself! To be honest I was lost but I was not going to be the only one so I declined every ones offers to guide me around the school, so I could go find my friends so THEY could help me-
*Whistle* "Ma, you bad!", "Let me get yo number baby!", "Why so mean ma?", "Holla at me ma!" Was yelled all out the hallway as I walked towards my friends down the hallway with a little more bounce to my walk then usual when I heard this very loud and rude person yell:
"DHAYLA IF YOU DON'T WALK CORRECTLY I'MA SMACK THE ALL H*** OUT OF YOU!"
I knew who voice it was just by the way the person said my name all tense and short.....It was my older brother and the laughter after his comment was his boys that he hung out with ever since first grade. My brother's name was: Rocore *Roc* Wright and he didn't play especially about me and the way I was talked to or treated. He was sometimes too protective and it wasn't and isn't attractive from my POV.
I started walking normal real quickly and when I finally came face to face with my girls they were cracking up about the comment Roc made still!
"That jank was funny won't Tash?" Nicey asked Tasha as she linked her arms with mine.
"It was hilarious brah!!!!!!!!! I can't stop laughing!" Tasha yells still laughing while jumping up and down in her heels just doing the MOST!-
BTW: my name is Dhayla Wright and the girls that names happen to be Tasha and Nicey are my best friends and all you need to know for right now is that they are a little on the ghetto side and are down with fighting regardless...
I turn around as soon she she starts jumping up and down in her heels again and started to look for my locker which was 1099 right across from my first block according to my schedule. As soon as I was finna walk into my class I was yanked back by my girls since their lockers were surprisingly right beside mine!
"If ya'll heffas don't let me go I'ma tell my brother....ha ha." I say half joking while I snatched my arms back and headed into class slyly.

I go greet my teacher at the same time she greets me and I go to my seat not in the back and not in the front, but RIGHT in the front. I follow all the instructions that were given to me when I told Roc I was in all honors classes except for math, so he told me to greet the teacher, take seat in the middle, and pay attention when needed, and goof around from time to time. Roc really wasn't -
"Yeah, mane she got yelled at by her brother!!!!...........Yeah?......SHE SAID NOTHING BRAH LOL..........She-
Yes, he was talking about me and yes he was on the phone, and yes he was very cute, and yes he was a thug...you could tell by his accent, walk, and clothing....and yes I digged him, but so he still talked about me even though he didn't give out names but it was clear that the girl was me and yes-
"Young man put the phone away please or it will get taken..got it?" Mrs.Anderson said politely then she resumed to greeting students that were entering the class.
The boy put the phone away AFTER he finished his conversation then he resigned in a seat in the back two rows behind me since they were seven rows and I was directly in the middle. On his way to his seat he winked at me causing me to blush in the inside, but frown on outside since I never show any sign of interest in boys even if I'm interested.
"Dang, you don't have to be so RUDE." The boys says stopping dead in his tracks.
"Excuse me?" I ask making sure he said what I thought he said.
"You heard me." The boy said with an irratated tone.
