The city was buzzing around for the arrival of the Vice President. There was a spot in the city center for his arrival. Cops and Secret service surrounded the now empty stage. The people gathered in a small group, waiting for the Vice President, one man in general stood near the center. He wore a black jacket with a hood over his head. White wires went up to his head, obviously listening to music.
