The Lotus of Archea

She lays in a frozen garden, warmth trickling from his breath into her heart. A tremble on her skin and a shock in her veins, she awakens once more, but he is not there. The sound of his voice echoes in her ears and the sweet smell of memories surrounds her. The ground cracks slowly as she strokes it with her wishes. The lotus sits atop the vines around her ankles, singing it's lonely song. Come away with me sweet angel, with me you can flee, in a place where we belong. Erasing all the memories, to take away the pain. Listen for my song my love, I'll lead you to your home. Here with me, I'll never flee, like the rest that have come and gone.
