Dear Journal!!! ( biggrin omo: Har~ )
Florida sucks.. royally... lol... And being Filipino isn't helping the matter...since if there is anything you can identify the majority of them as is heat loving cheapskates. Down here there really is no spring... there maybe, but it sure as hell doesn't feel like it.. It's more like summer's jog into .. welll.. Summer lol... And you'd think... Well.. that's why we live in today with all the technology and what not... you'd just.. flip on the A/C and let it take it's course.. Wrong.. The A/C requires the use of electricity, that which my mom refuses to spend money on.. and worse, when I finally do get her to agree to turn it on.. she complains it's too cold since her islander blood is used to this slow cooker heat. And what best way to hide from this hot torture than to open every window in the house and kill all sense of homeostasis. Ahh, this brings back those summers where a cold, freezing cooold shower was literally a pass by for me... or an hourly habit, one of those. It would be nice to go somewhere cooler, like up north or London for a vacation trip... But seeing as to how we are indeed Filipino, what better place to escape the frustratingly humid grungy heat of our semitropical Florida, than to go to the tropical toaster oven country whose power house for 'fry' is none other than the equator.
Mmmm... Human.. crispy? or original? And sorry, we're out of ranch, but we do have soy sauce here on the ready...Gawd.. I need a fan.. or a freezer with holes...
Well last journal I left a note to the blog readers.. I might make that tradition, since I liked talking to the general public as if I wasn't lol. Though I can't think of anything inspirational to say at the moment since all I have on my mind is water.. ice cold water all over my body like some sick creepy porn flick made for those who have a fetish for humans hued evenly with blue..
I will say this.. Florida may be the usually spot to go to for beaches and summer lovin' fun.. but I will warn you, if you like staying a solid and can't stand the heat.. run.. go Alaska.. fear this place, 'cause once you get off the plane and sunscreen isn't drenched on you like a second mask of skin, and repellent cans aren't strapped around your waist at ready right next to an obscenely large amount of ice (which I promise will quickly melt to water)... Say hello to bug welts and skin cancer.. and Welcome to Florida, no flowery layes, sorry, just a fly swatter...
