into vault, over shot spring board and slipped off it and slammed into the vault, it musta lfted like 8-10 inches. My chest is fine but both ankles kinda rolled and the top of my right foot bruised pretty bad. Only did tramp and shoulder conditioning for the rest of the night *huggols liquid ibuprophen* after i took some ibuprophen and iced for 30 minutes
