Back story: Lestia was a young, impressionable girl whose father had been absent her whole life. Not knowing how to interact well with the opposite sex, she was very reclusive the majority of her childhood aside from the little bit of the relationship she shared with her older sister. Having little friends, her personality developed with creativity and she indulged in activities she could do alone: sing, dance, write and draw portraits of people she had seen but never had the courage to interact with. Lestia’s lack of a real childhood full of friends (aside from her imaginary ones that replaced her sisters spot when she left Lestia's fragile 8 year old mind to solidarity) left her with a childish mystique that would appear on occasion, though not obvious through her almost pedantic language. Her lack of social skills led Lestia down a long path of tragedy; falling for a man at only 17 she married him by 18. Lost in her thought of love, she bent to his every will....dropping out college ( she was a biochemistry major) and ignoring all her friends. Unfortunately, by their 6th month of marriage he began to feel jealous and betrayed by her and would lock her in the house, only permitting her to leave if accompanied by him. He would beat her from time to time as well, exerting his frustrations from the day to day on her. After many long nights of damp pillow cases, Lestia decided to flee. She climbed out the window, with the help of a young girl a few houses down that she’d been conversing with, and headed on her way. After walking for quite some time, she found a bar miles outside of town where she now resides as a guest.
Special abilities: Slight telepathic and telekinetic abilities, but mainly just empathic.
