My life is like an empty shell,
That has nothing inside of it.
My heart was something beautiful
Until it had to split.
My arms are what I hug people for,
But there isn't no one to hug.
My legs just look normal
Until they were skinned from the rug.
My body is somewhat like armor,
That is my protection.
But for some reason
There is no connection.
The readers who are reading this
Some of this is true.
You guys think this poem is heavy
Well let me tell you!
I've been going through things
During my life.
And I just want to say something,
It's been cut through a knife.
All I want is a life that isn't empty,
A heart that isn't split.
My arms that want to hug somebody,
And my legs that look fit.
Also my body having protection
That there would be a connection.
There is one more thing I would like to say
I want to thank the readers
For reading this in their own ways.
