Nevah awoken to see herself all bandaged up. Everything was very blurry at first, but she started to see straight after awhile. She saw the blue sky and could feel the sun beating on her so she instantly knew it was still daylight. She could hear the roaring of the river a few feet beside her. She then sat up wincing every few inches she moved. When she sat up her eyes looked around because she knew she was not the one who bandaged her up. She only saw her medical supply open and most used up, but no one was around.

A man cam up behind her and looked down at her. “So your awake I see. How are you feeling now?” He said in a soft voice to her. He hand black short hair that kind of spiked out. He wore black clothing. He bent down and kneeled next to her. He looked straight at her as he waited for an answer from her.

She was startled at first and then she looked over at him. She stayed quiet for a while, but after awhile she spoke. “I’m fine now, thank you.” She got to her feet, but it hurt her badly. She tried not to show it though. She quickly started to gather her supplies that the man took out. “Who are you?” She said to him.

“Well I think you should rest a little more since you might open up your wounds. And my name is Toyoshima.” He smiled at her and stood up straight looking at her. He turned around and looked at the river. “I found you laying here all bloody. And well I can’t leave a person that is bleeding to death there. So I had to help you out.”

She looked at him not sure to trust him or not. She sat down, but she didn’t want to rest with him around her since she wasn’t sure if he was just pretending to be nice or whatever he could be planning. “My name is Nevah.” She said softly to him and closed her eyes just to rest them. “Thank you for helping me out, but I will be fine now so you can leave. I need to get to a certain place as fast as I can. I don’t want my wounds to slow me down.” She took a deep breath and got up. She opened her eyes and started to walk, but after a few steps she felt herself falling towards the ground.

Toyoshima acted quickly and caught her before she could fall to the ground completely. “I told you that you should rest, but I guess you could do what you want since it is your own life. And it’s a pleasure to meet you Nevah. If you don’t mind may I go with you to where ever you want to go until you are at least healed? After your healed I will leave you and probably never see you again.” He smiled at her with a warm gentle smile.

Nevah looked at him as he caught her. She was surprised that he could act so fast. She held on to him as she straightened up. “I-it’s a pleasure to meet you too…And I’m not sure if you should join me…it’s just that it’s sort of complicated and I don’t want people injured because of me. And really I just don’t trust you.” She told the whole truth to him without holding anything back.

“Ohh well please. I insist that I come. I will be very careful and for the trusting, well I can’t help you with that. I have nothing to do and want something to do anyways. So if you really don’t want me to come I will understand and not come. But all of this is your choice.” He let her go and let her stand on herself. He took a few steps back to give her some space.
