Gearing up for Tuesday (December 1st). That's the day of my friend's funeral. I feel a little comfort in the fact I know that two other friends will be there (that I know of).
Went on a shopping splurge last night. Bought a lava rock bracelet for using essential oils. Got myself a new yoga mat (finally) my old one is falling apart and is about 16 years old. Got myself a cute lotus necklace. Oh and got some interesting necklace that claims to help with anxiety, it helps you increase your exhale time (when doing deep breathing).
