Some worlds do have different theology, this is due to the Divine Structure

In the beginning, there were the original god, whom sought to make others, like him, to fill the emptiness in his heart. This resulted in the other deities. Some, like the titans, became an issue, so he exiled them into the multiverse. This is why Paladins and Clerics abilities still work on other worlds, as they are imbued by the First Gods

Divines and Dark Ones
Ulton, King of the Gods, his element is Lightning and his sign and weapon are the Mace. He is worshiped by all Humans, Draenei, Dwarves, Dragonborn, and Hobbits alike
Vulcan,first son and God of the Forge, his element is fire, his weapon and sign are the Hammer. He is the Patron God of the Dwarves and the Dwarves have his favor. Vulcan resembles a Dwarf in stature, build, and face.
Moritus, the God of Death, his sign is the Raven. He greets those who died, and pass them to the next life, or back through to their next incarnation should their soul have that luxury.
Grokor, God of war, his Weapon is the War Axe. The Orcs worship him almost exclusively.
Bahamut, the Dragon God and one of the few Gods that do not have a human like form. Bahamut was created by Ultan as an overseer to watch over the mortal realm.
He made dragons, the first sentient beings, gifted them with their powers to protect those that would come after them. Bahamut's elements are Stone and Fire, his sign is a Golden Dragon.
Sal'esst, Goddess of Science, and good fortune, her sign is the Owl's face. .
Solenar, God of the Sun, beauty, and the Harvest. He is worshiped primarily by Humans, Minotaur, and Hobbits. His symbol is a half sun with a face.
Acionna, Goddess of the Sea and Time. Her sign is that of a squid. She is often portrayed as middle aged, with a pair of glasses, and a staff. Her statue adorns the great libraries of many worlds.
Delvar, the God of Magic, Creator of the Elves. He himself is elvish in appearance and as such is the Primary God of the Elven races. His symbol is that of a staff with a coiled serpent around it.
Azuri: Goddess of the Frost. Her symbol is that of the six pointed snowflake

Diagoros: King of the Dark Ones, the First of the Tainted, corrupter of Talmar (The Dragon God of Darkness)
Ventarimus: Dark One of the famine and rot.
Avarimous: Dark One of Greed
Malices: Dark One of Hate
Pladeuous: Dark One of Disease
Gulburat: Dark One of Gluttony
Talmar: Dark Dragon God of stone and ice
Mephisto: Dark One of Trickery and mischief.
Lateradesi: Dark One of lust and spiders, the only female Dark One.
