This person in my dream I was very close with, though beyond being friends I don't know the details. We were at a family member's house, probably for the holidays, but I think it was my mother's because I remember thinking about her. It was a spacious bedroom that we were sharing but, even odder, we only had one bed, too, which didn't seem to bother either of us despite only being friends.
We chatted, though I don't know about what. Finally, he was going to take a shower and I recall thinking he already showered twice that day, so I told him he was going to dry out his hair and to let me check. My dreams are always very real, I have all my senses, especially touch, and I felt his soft hair that felt a little dry at the roots. I told him, "Yup, you're drying out your hair."
The dream seemed to skip or something because suddenly we were by the closed bedroom door, I think I was listening to something on the other side, presumably my family talking. I turned to look at him and he was very close, enough that we both looked at each other romantically, like in a movie.
"We probably shouldn't." He said but I don't know why.
"No, we shouldn't." I agreed and still, I'm lost as to why that was a part of the dream.
But, despite our words, we both were getting closer, leaning in further, till he took the leap and closed the distance with a very quick peck.
And that was it, I woke up. But it's important to note my dream was in first-person, my dreams are almost always in third. I don't know why, they just always have been unless it was important to look through my own eyes.
