yea that's all not easy stuff, hmmm.... is there something, like a more healthy alternative you can switch your craving food for? like instead of milk chocolate you take dark chocolate, or instead of ice cream, you take a reduced sugar sorbet instead etc?
For the exercises do you think starting with that first thing after waking up might work for you? It would get it out of the way right away and usually, you have more motivation when you just woke up compared to later on, as the day progresses?
Hmmm...my mum does usually buy herself some sugar free treats but they're just for her and as for exercise, night is my usual only option as I'm often called every 20 min for something or kitchen needs to be cleaned (ugh). However school starts soon and hopefully I can convince my dad to fix the sink and get me a dishwasher (handwashing dishes is usually the #1 culprit of killing motivation to lose weight and stick to any diet/exercise plan).
Ahhhh !!!! ok I see, well a dishwasher could indeed be helpfull than! I hope you can get that. Do you think it would be possible for you to request some sugar free snacks that your parents could pick up but just for you? to help you stay motivated and on track?
