Weight Loss and Feelings
Should I do a list of my weight progress or write daily what I ate and my weight for the day and my workouts? I'll mostly be working out before bed in the nights

    It's up to you really : ) the thing with the weight progress is at some point your going to hit a plateau, where it will take you longer to lose weight, so if your only typing in your weight it might get discouraging at that point. Typing down what you ate during the day helps you to become more accountable for what you eat, but it is more tedious typing down everything. So, in the end, its really what you think will be best for you : )
