Day 3

Ahhh still a long way to go. I've been doing well.. considering it's been 3 days.. well we'll see.. how long I could hold up.. I do miss eating cheese, pasta and sweets such as my Girl Scout cookies (THIN MINT)...

Breakfast:

I had a small bowl of turkey bacon stir-fried with leeks, yellow onions and garlic with coconut oil, then steamed some red cabbage and it was delicious! I also made some steamed butternut squash.

Lunch:

I will be having baked chicken, grilled red bell peppers and some baked green beans. YUM!

Dinner:

I had beef patties, coleslaw, steamed artichoke with garlic pieces and baked butternut squash seeds (which were very delicious)!!!
