I started my whole 30 days (detox) yesterday. I've been eating nothing but all natural meats, vegetables and a hardly any fruit. I substituted my olive oil (cooking) with coconut oil and a lot of my meals taste a whole lot healthier but this isn't a bad thing.

I've also weighed myself.

Let's see how long I could hold up.. I haven't really had any bad cravings for processed food or sweets yet.. which is a very good thing! Yay me!! ^^
