Classification: Body Runic, The Spellbound Bullet

Rank: Expert

Shelf Life: Rose to the rank of Expert in the first year at the Academy. Currently undergoing debate to qualify for the rank of Master.

Body Rune Type: Runic Embuing

Passive: Complete control over applying his knowledge of Runes to a specific item. Quality of Rune is based upon the nature of the rune and the item being used.

Although he has vast experience with placing Runes on items, he prefers placing Runic effects on ammunition. However, he can only have one type of ammunition in a single weapon at a time. He must reload a new clip in order to use a different enchantment. A concentrated shot can be fired from his weapons at the cost of the entire clip's remaining bullets, enhancing a single shot even further.

Body Rune Abilities:

Absolute Zero:

Ismet's signature Runic enchantment.
This enchantment allows items to be enhanced with the power of ice, granting resistance to extreme cold temperatures while allowing molecules of certain structures to become more dense, effectively increase its durability.

Effect on ammunition -- Bullets fired are now covered by a thin layer of high density crystallized ice, allowing for more penetration power. If this bullet comes into contact with flesh, it will release the ice upon impact, freezing targeted area from within.
Concentrated shot -- Bullet will now cover impacted area with a thick layer of ice that will then bury ice shards from the surface into the affected area.

Cyclone Cast:
Items with this Runic enchantment have a small barrier of wind surrounding it. Depending on the intensity of the Rune, it can either allow the item to be completely silent upon movement or be able to deflect physical attacks aimed at the designated item.

Effect on ammunition -- Bullets with Cyclone Cast now move silently through the air once fired, eliminating any noise that would otherwise be emitted from the weapon.
Concentrated shot -- Bullet will leave the weapon spinning with enough force to bypass most magical shields, cutting through completely with no shrapnel left behind.

Ignis Influence:
Can be applied to armor for increased heat resistance while enabling weapons to produce an intense amount of heat for a short time, increasing lethality as well as penetrating effectiveness with metal.

Effect on ammunition -- Bullets fired will now be engulfed in flames as they travel, igniting flammable material upon impact while leaving behind burns on others.
Concentrated shot -- Bullets that make contact with a surface will now create a small explosion of several feet in diameter from the source of impact, burning those caught within the blast.

Plasma Pulse:
Currently has no effect on anything but ammunition.

Effect on ammunition -- Bullets enchanted with plasma will leave the barrel as energy rounds, increasing their velocity and piercing through minor barriers with ease.
Concentrated shot -- Upon impact, will atomize a small diameter of several inches, leaving a void wherever it reaches. This causes the weapon to be unable to use Plasma rounds for a short time without risking damage to the weapon itself.

Concentrated bullets: 1 bullet

Cooldown: 1 post to reload (3 posts to reload a charged shot))


Electro Emmitance:
Allows items with this enchantment to emit a pulse of electricity when struck as a defense mechanism or as an extra means of attack.

Effect on ammunition -- Bullets now carry within themselves a small force of electromagnetic waves, disrupting anything with an electrical current within for a short period of time upon impact.
Concentrated shot -- Bullet will leave behind a small field of electrical discharge of several meters, rendering most electronics within its field of effect useless until a short period of time.
