there's a quiet little place that we could both go
a lonely little place that doesn't need any roads
you can't get there by walking unless you had the patience
but by the end of the day your head would feel spacious

let me tell you about aplace where love may roam
where hatred has no residence, and you're never alone
spread out your mind and follow me into the depths
of the darkest paths, deepest valley's of the shallowest steps

there's no other place like my home
where i can shut the blinds and grow a little cold
you could find me there but you can't pull me out
you can huff and puff, but you'll leave, without a doubt

the time and a place is irrelevant to me
as long as we both know what's plain to see
an endless field of our darkest desire
where we can shun ourselves from the ones we desire

let me tell you about a place where you'd love to roam
