Healthy Autumn Stew Recipes: Slow Cooker Recipe For A Nutritious Fall Stew
When my doctor's office called and casually informed me that I would have to begin taking cholesterol lowering medication, I burst into tears! I have always been blessed with good health and I hated the idea of taking daily medication for the rest of my life. It made me feel old and I was too young to be old! I asked if there was a dietary alternative to taking drugs but the diet plan I was given was so restrictive that I couldn't (wouldn't!) follow it.

I found that eating toast in the morning is healthy if you buy whole grain breads & it stops you from fasting. Always try to eat something for breakfast. If you have toast for breakfast try not to eat more bread for lunch. Too much bread each day will put the pounds on. If you like sandwiches for lunch, eat cereal in the mornings. For dinners I have been making a beef and pumpkin casserole stir fry once a week & it is all vegetables & a bit of beef with rice. A completely healthy meal & so enjoyable. Make enough for a quick meal for a few nights & you'll be feeling wonderful in no time. Try to eat just the 3 meals a day. Snacking is a big problem for weight gain. If you need something try to eat fruit. An apple will give you so much more than some kind of junk food.

Another appetizer: green onion pancakes. These are basically flatbreads spiced with green onions (this is popular street food in China and Taiwan). An order with 2 pieces is $3.95.

Pour this blend of meat beef and pumpkin curry vegetables throughout the crock pot. drop from the bay leaf. You can go on and turn the pot on to let it start heating up.

I ended the bottle with two local cheeses. In the presence of a nutty, mild Provolone the Cabernet Sauvignon retained most of its characteristics but didn't meld well with the cheese. A marbled, yellow beef and pumpkin stir fry orange Cheddar cheese flattened the wine.

This food dehydrator is all that I wanted, except that it doesn't have a timer. Too bad. But beef casserole slimming world works well. And I do have a separate timer, so it's not a big issue.
