New Portable Entertainment Devices Are Big On Technology But Small In Size
On a trip to the library I noticed a new kind of book playing device. I thought that it looked interesting but did not have the time to look into the book player any more than a glance. I took the kids to the library on a day off from school and had a chance to check out the motorola radios book player again.

The Heat Wave is motorola dp1400 a yellow drum-style forced air heater integrated into a portable cart with heavy-duty wheels and a push handle. Weighing about 65 lbs. the heater is about the same physical size as a baby stroller.

Zune marketplace needless to say provides a safe downloading environment. Your PC is protected from risks of viruses and malware. As for the quality and quantity of the songs there, they have more than 3 million songs, albums, DRM-free MP3s, music videos, audio/video podcasts and so on. But one con is its price of per download. At $0.99, it is not the cheapest.

The rest of Super Bowl week should be interesting to watch. Maybe ESPN will institute a "No Fly" zone around the Dan Patrick Show compound. Possibly shock collars, that buzz them if they approach within 500 feet of the compound. Patrick joked the next day, maybe they will install Lo Jack GPS on their talent to track them. Patrick said later he considers it a compliment that ESPN appears fearful of his show. Stay tuned.
