No matter how busy you get it's important to understand that sleep isn't a luxury, a full night's sleep is needed to be healthy both physically and emotionally. If you aren't able to get a full seven or eight hours of sleep in a row, try to get at least a half an hour nap in each day. You'll find that getting an extra hour or two of sleep every night isn't only good for your health, it will help you be more productive. To conclude, there are lots of aspects to being healthy, including your diet, workout routines, emotional well being and how much sleep you get each night. Do not allow yourself to be overwhelmed by attempting to change your lifelong habits in one night.
