I remember seeing this film when it came out. It was hilarious! Cats were always trying to gain the upper hand on the dogs. The voice acting is great, and so is the interaction between the animals. The spy gadgets are pretty cool, but only if they know how to use them! It does have the typical smart cats and some dumb dogs, but the script works well. This is one of the classic movies with animals.
