Archiving ist important, yes. I copiously abuse Archive.org's functions to help scour through & archive MUGEN character databases & generally freeware-ridden sites as mah Nu Hobby.

I haven't actually e-pirated/played any of the washout-ware on Steam for at least a year, and I have very little intentions on doing so. I haven't really touched any other vidja gaem, either. Steam was always s**t, and I don't know why peeps who cry about "ethics" in the vidja gaem universe can't just stahp being lifeless, devoid of any meaning, materialistic drones to this corrupt industry. Ya cant stahp giving munny to wretched liars just because they made a new, retarded toy to play with just so y'all can go to some site to whine to people ya don't even like about how bad/good it was. (Protip: they all suck.) It's such a hypocritical, self-defeating life to live. You have archives of 100,000+ gaemz sitting around via freeware/flea-markets/whatever but continue to increase your "backlog" of unethical shill gaemz cuz of a "sale" like a mentally deranged hoarder & act like it's just some big joke about Dear Emperor Gaben. Joke's on you, brah.

As a True, Real Pirate, I told 'em to ******** off & stahp'd playing their s**t. Their censorship-loving, DRM, "Cease & Desist", "Early Access" retardation doesn't deserve any kind of positive attention, but if anyone wants to keep e-pirating it, go right ahead. I'd rather save what munny I don't have and donate it to Archive.org instead of buying & "supporting" (any of the industry's) Copywrong shitware.
