That moment when you take a chance, and write something somewhat meta witty to someone, and hope they get your sense of humour..
but they don't. The joke couldn't fly further from the target.
And you try to save it, or brush it off with a "nevermind" kind of comment to avoid further awkwardness, but they insist on knowing what you meant.
Or even get mad at you, probably because they automaticly assume that anything they don't understand must be an insult....
