And we're nearing the end of September. It's been crazy, weather wise. We're actually going through a drought right now, and the water has been rationed since Early August. We got some rain and almost started doing well enough to be taken off the rationing... But people disregarded the warnings about prudent with the use and it's been going down quickly. Doesn't affect us much. We have a cistern, so we have our own supply. Don't know how long it lasts. Been drawing almost daily on my phone, but it's slowed down. Not because I'm suffering artist's block, but because we got a puppy! August 15th, we received a little shih tzu my mom bought. She was so against getting another dog after what happened with Evy, but when she saw the video with the puppies, she decided to go ahead and get one of them. We got a baby boy we decided to name Locky, but later changed to Loki. Second name fits him better. He's quite the little trickster! We're all crazy about him, and mom's connected with him well. Of course, he sleeps in my room and it's affected my sleeping habits... But what can you do? Work is still the same, despite what happened with my dad. Still barely communicating. He doesn't really answer back. The only phone calls I've done, he seems so cold and indifferent. It's like his family doesn't exist. I don't pay him much attention. Can't be ruining his La La Land, after all. College, I've been paying off the debt myself. Not done, but I'm getting there. So to end this entry on a happy note, I've been working on my Halloween costume! Not revealing it, but once I have everything, I'll be putting up photos! Have a nice day, guys!
