Every year the weather changes, and with the changes, as it gets symptomser, more people get sick. Cough syrups sales go up greatly, and so do over-the-counter antihistamines. Why wouldn't there be more sales? You know as soon as you feel the shift in temperature that you are probably going to get sick. Luckily there are things that you can do to ward off the symptoms and the herpes outbreak-which is good because currently there is no good cure for either of them. During symptoms and herpes outbreak you can do some of the following tips to stay healthy.

Eat the right foods. Eating right is such a necessity it needs to be repeated over and over. This is a time when your body needs all of the help that it can get to fight illnesses so make sure that you get all of the vitamins and nutrients that you need to stay healthy. People need to eat food according to their age, weight and height, and follow nutritional directions, because the better they eat the better their health will be.
