Feeling pretty low right now.
I recently had an issue with mastercard deciding to "protect" me from buying my groceries this month (which I still haven't been able to get).
The store said there was no issue on their end, and the card people said there was no problem on their end and that my only option was to get a new card issued, which I did.
Tried to use the new card to get my groceries this week, and once again, declined.

When the store manager called to tell me, she said she would try to enter it by hand one last time before cancelling my order, but it was still declined.
I did NOT give her my pin, nor did she ask for it.
Just checked my balance right now, so I could try and get some soup on Amazon, and I find out that someone else has used my card to charge their groceries at that store.

Called the card people right away, they say to try getting it resolved with the store first, since the dispute process on their end will take much longer than the store's process.
I have to wait till the store opens in the morning to call them.
Meanwhile, I had to cancel my brand new card, and since I already had a new card issued I'm going to have to pay a fee for the newer one.
It's only $4, so thankfully the thief left enough to pay for it.

I'm at the end of my rope, now.
I don't know what I'm gonna do, or how I'm gonna manage to make it to the end of the month.
I'd definitely appreciate some kind thoughts and prayers sent my way.

What the hell? I think I would avoid using any cards at this point and use cash. If anything is taken out of your bank account, aggressively urge for an investigation. Two cards and you could not use them. Somebody has stolen your info and it is time to find out who.

Also, why am I having to enter in a captcha?

The reason I can't use cash is because I need a gurney for transportation.
I can't go sitting up yet so a wheelchair isn't feasible at this point.
That's why I've been using my store's online delivery service, which up till this month has been wonderful.
Just this month though, for some inexplicable reason, mastercard has decided that charging my groceries is a high risk venture which they must protect me from.
This is despite the fact that I have used the same delivery service for 3 years every month with the same card, and have spoken to the bank and told them that I'm authorizing it.

I've signed up for an american express card, so when it comes I'm going to switch everything over to that, and change my direct deposit over.
I don't want to have to deal with the mastercard issue with my groceries anymore.
