Dear friend,
This is my first entry. I'm not quite sure what to write, and I'm really unsure of why I'm writing in the first place. I know it will help me academically as my writing skills enhance. Maybe we will see my writing style alter as I mature and learn more writing techniques in school. But let's be real for a second. How many writing techniques can be crammed into my head before I'm allowed to develop my own style?
Anyway, first year of college is done and I'm currently going on my second week of being home. First year was a success; however my classes, not so much. By success I mean, I've made it out alive and I know what I've gotten myself into. My two roommates were great in the dorms, and I'm moving into an apartment with one of them. Along with her best friend from back home and some random girl who has been asking the three of us to leave. That girl's logic doesn't make much sense as she says "please leave so my three friends can move in." Honestly, does she really think that it will be easy to move out three people as oppose to her just leaving. I wonder if she's mentally all there, and if she isn't, I hope I'll be able to tolerate her stupidity. I lack patients for those who are unable to grasp onto the concept of common sense.
