I've a funny colleague (hey Uli!) who walks around our London workplace without shoes to point out off his wonderful assortment of socks. My opinion is that tights and equipment can actually make the outfit and with this place, you may chop and change the style of your outfit in response to whatever pair of tights you need to go for - stripy, spotty, woolly and plain.
