I started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today! I have already been working on getting into shape by doing twenty-thirty minutes a day of workouts. But, here's the catch! I couldn't just work out with out proper shoes, my floors are not carpeted to by nice on the feet, and I can't do cardio without the proper gear.
Today I got that! New running shoes. I have weak ankles, and this causes me to have to take many breaks to ensure that I won't tear a muscle, or break a leg.
Anyways, I will be updating on here at least weekly to talk about my progress! What I've done to promote a healthier lifestyle for myself, and overcoming my fears of gyms and studios.
That's all I gotta say for now, and I'm sticking to it!
