Picture perfect memories
Scattered all around the floor

Shizuru was sitting on the floor of her apartment which she shares with her lover. Scattered around her were pictures of her and her significant other. She smiled at the memories of those times they had when they first started going out. Today would mark their third anniversary and yet her love is not with her to share it. Earlier that day they had a fight over something quite ridiculous. Shizuru wanted to spend some time alone with her love but the latter had a party to attend that their company had arranged for that day. Her lover wanted her to come and she refused giving in to her stubbornness. Shizuru was jealous that her love's work is getting more attention than her. As she looked at the photos her eyes would glance at her cellphone sitting on the coffee table. She missed her love's company.

Tate sat at a coffee shop after drinking at his favorite bar. His girlfriend asked him to accompany her to a party her work is hosting. Tate said he'd go a week ago but recently they've been having a lover's quarrel. Tate is not one to care but when it comes to his girlfriend he can't help but think things over just to make her happy. He would look up each time the door to the coffee shop opens. It was the same coffee shop that they first met. Tate lost his breath when the girl of his dreams walked in through those doors. They were introduced to one another from a friend and since then they've been communicating through e-mails, texts, phone calls.

Unable to take it anymore, Shizuru and Tate decided to go and see their partner. Shizuru hailed for a cab to take her to Duran Corp. Tate wasn't far from the company building so he walked there. Their thoughts were of their significant other. Each needed to appologize for their selfishness and hope that their partners would forgive them. Tate entered the building and searched the ballroom for his busty carrot-top princess. Shizuru had just entered the ballroom, it was a masquerade ball and everyone wore masks. She searched for her blue-haired prince. Tate smiled as soon as he spotted his princess and made his way over to her. The blunette saw her, surprise clearly written on her face as she took off her mask and her lips curled to a happy grin. "Tate," the busty girl breathed upon seeing her spiky-haired boyfriend. "What took you so long?" both the blunette and busty girl asked their significant other before kissing them.
