It's really hard to see for sure (we don't even know if it is possible) the level of nutrient absorption in people who juice as opposed to those who cook. It is, however, possible to tell about the compromised systems of digestive systems. There are many factors involved with this process of making our metabolisms less efficient than they could be. Most people who are into juicing like to argue that it is a fantastic work around. This is is pretty easy to figure out: all of the nutrients are going to be in the juice. This food isn't whole, obviously, it is still, however, digested to some degree. Of course, for most people, digesting juice is far simpler for the body than digesting whole foods. If you have the money make sure that only certified organic vegetables and fruits are used in your diet. While this is good advice even for people who don't juice, it can be quite pricey.
