Expression profiles of miRNAs. DNA chip analysis with the Genopal?-MICM DNA chips (Mitsubishi Rayon) was carried out. Hybridization signals of the let-7 members and indicated miRNAs are exhibited in undifferentiated and differentiated P19 cells as in Fig. 1. The signals of miR-124a and -125, which are brain-specific and markedly increased in differentiated cells, miR-302 and -295, which are specifically expressed in embryonal stem cells, and then miR-20a and -106b, which appear to be stably expressed over the course of differentiation, are shown.
