~: heart :~ Well, my past few entries have been lame and grr and and.....not happyness, so I've decided I want to lighten the atmosphere a bit...okay, a lot. So, here is an exerpt from another journal on another site, somewhere else on the net, called Roses are Red, Violets are Blue, Sponges are Square, and Cows Go Moo; Small Tidbits of Wisdom and Other Such Things from Your Friendly Neibourhood Skittle
Exerpt #1 Bacon is Bacon, Eggs are eggs, Never let a guy between your legs, 5mins of pleasure, 9months of pain, and out comes a baby without a name.
Exerpt #2 The Room I have to Clean papers on the walls pens on the desk pencils up the a** apart my room falls
books scattered about bottles of soda crowd the room balloons all around i cant seem to find my way out
smashed in compy screen stuffies over there shoes not to be found my floor cannot be seen .....
dammit. lost my muse..................oh well i didnt really like that crappy poem anyways ill finish it someday...... but in the mean time i need something else to do:
Responses to the Statement "I Love You": the usual responses (ones most people say): "i love you, too", "i love you more", etc common responses: "uhh.........", "you WHAT?!", "..........", "why", and my personal favorite "okay....and that means what, exactly?", my response: "if we were on a boat, in the middle of the sea, and have been there for a while, and we only had one sandwhich, would you give it to me?", "if i was pregnant, with your child, and i wanted you to drive me 500 miles off somewhere to get me some strange one-of-a-kind food, would you?", and "enough to put a giant huge expensive diamond ring on my finger?" along with many others I've used.
Exerpt #3 Roses are red. Violets are blue. Who gives a rat's a**? Crayons are too!
You know, boyfriends are like underwear; you can go without if you want, but it feels kinda funny if you ask me.
Love is the frosting on the cake of life; you can go without it, but it's oh so much better with.
Love is like wetting your pants; everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth of the moment and the cold shock of the after.
If practice makes perfect, and yet there's no such thing as perfect, then either there's no point in practicing or people don't practice enough.
Never try to celebrate more than one holiday at once; it makes strange things happen. For example: christmas + easter = halloween, and not a very good one either, that guy scared the s**t outa me. I mean fer cripes sake i was only a year old.
and now i must bow and exit, for it is time to go. plz come back again as i might have more bits of wisdom for you later. thank you for listening and have a great night!
