Putting your fears aside and admitting that you want to improve yourself is a huge step. Here are a few self-help tips to give you an idea of what you can try.

In personal development, when you avoid making a decision, you also avoid seizing an opportunity. Even if your knowledge is not what it could be, have the courage to make choices. When you make good decisions, it builds up your self esteem and your instincts. Even if you make the wrong decision, you will still have a valuable learning experience. When you learn from your mistakes, you are less likely to repeat them.
