my co was nice and let me "desk warm" today instead of teach. i needed the time to finish preparations for another class, and for the gifted english camp.

i've got a basic plan now. i just have to tweek it.

i've been really busy and really tired lately.

but on saturday i decided not to work, but to have some fun. i hung out with these 3 guys (joe, gary and hien). i really like gary. hien is nice too. joe was behaving himself. he's always nicer when other people are around.
joe needed to buy some clothes. it was hilarious. i was helping him pick out stuff. hien and gary helped too..

okay. they're all sexist and here's how i know.

during regular conversations about history, science, medical stuff... you name it...
they either don't listen to me well, or pick apart what i say... i guess they let me say medical stuff without much picking/ignoring.. but otherwise.. i am usually met with resistance or am brushed aside.
it seems with men you have to build some kind of cred.
and it's about fact sharing.. not so much anything else.

but shopping - they listened to what i had to say. no questions. a few comments and it was actually more like what a woman expects when it comes to a conversation.
this was fact sharing, and tips. so it was like helpful to joe. who LOL can't shop.
a lot of men are ridiculous when they shop. (my brother isn't... 'cuz he's got 2 sisters and a mom)

but it kind of annoyed me. when i felt the difference.
can't automatically accept her "facts" and opinions... unless it's clothes because she's a girl, she knows about these things.

uhm. sorry. i know about many things. not just clothes.

but you know... i'll get my revenge. i'll talk joe into wearing tight pants. MWAHAHAHA. maybe. if i'm sly enough.
