A professional demon hunter for a mysterious but widespread Organization that specializes itself in demihuman research. Although she specializes in firearms, with her favorite weapon being a RSASS for long-distance kills, her more notable abilities includes being able to regenerate potentially life-threatening or crippling wounds in mere instances. Unfortunately such a lifestyle does not come without side effects. Thus it is not unusual for Cyane to find herself conflicted between the brutality of her job and whether or not she wants to spend the rest of her shortened lifespan continuing on this path.

Her childhood is a touchy subject, thus she often refuses to speak much of it. But it seems as though she grew up in a fairly wealthy environment. Although she claims to be human that is clearly not the entire truth. Some time during her adolescence she joined the Organization of Magi, and was officially recruited into their "Zero unit" at the age of 18. Due to numerous "experiments" performed between this time period, she received enhancements to her own abilities. Unfortunately this also resulted in numerous side effects, including an innate desire to consume organic matter as well as a significantly shortened life span; she isn't expected to live past 30.

When working she usually wears the Organization-assigned uniform which consists of a trench coat, belts, and numerous other minor details. She can also be seen carrying around her RSASS, whether strapped around her chest or dismantled within a carrying case, and might be armed with smaller firearms as well. Outside of her job though she wears normal civilian clothes. She also has notably two long scars that go down her mid-thighs and end and the back of her knees although she will usually wear clothes purposefully to cover them.

And although she won't show it, Cyane is actually a hopeless romantic and enjoys being flirted and teased. Unfortunately her years of isolation makes it difficult for her to react back, so she often responds defensively (or like a tsundere), pretending to be hostile while getting increasingly flustered at the same time. However there are certain topics that when asked completely shuts her down to the point she cannot respond, such as details of her childhood and how she feels about her shortened lifespan.

xExpanded Magic Circuits
As a result of the early experiments she went through her body has a stronger connection to magic. Unfortunately, she lacks the natural ability to harness it, and instead it oftentimes disperses recklessly and harmlessly instead. However, this ability doesn't come without quite a few side effects, most notably an innate attraction to strong mana sources and a shortened natural lifespan.
xMana Consumption/Absorption
The connection to the Origin allows Cyane to "see" mana. She can identify individuals by the kinds of mana she is able to sense. The stronger the mana the more of an impression they tend to leave. And in an emergency, Cyane can even go as far as devouring organic matter (preferably offal) to increase her own magic supply. However due to the Origin's nature of constantly demanding outside magic to fuel itself, this process is extremely addicting. If Cyane devours too much at once she can potentially end up in a frenzy.
xRegeneration
Due to her expanded Magic Circuits, Cyane is able to increase her regeneration time to the point she can simply "wait off" the majority of her wounds. Thus, broken bones and other bodily injuries usually heal within a few seconds to a minute, although she is still vulnerable to pain. The only damages she cannot apply this ability to are attacks that damage her cerebellum, where her Magic Circuits are located.
xAevum (Timelessness of the Soul)
Using her blood as a medium, Cyane can manifest blue-white flames that appear to "slice" the target to shreds on contact. In reality the flames themselves are unable to physically touching anything and instead "cuts" by creating multiple smaller dimensional holes that essentially separates whatever it passes through. While powerful, Aevum does inflict severe backlash on the user. Thus Cyane prefers go to out of her way to avoid doing so and would much rather surrender a battle and succumb to injury than conjure it.
