If you are wanting to lose weight, you might as prep up changing everything about you.
What I mean by this is when you are a young person who determines to change themselves, weight isn't the only thing you should be worried about changing. What causes weight gain could been an effect of how you respected yourself, or how you lived. You need to change everything around you, and about you too.
The good thing is that everything can be done by making a few small habits, and breaking a few small habits. Unless you were like me who had problems everywhere, and EVERYTHING needed some major changes.
Big or small, take everything small and slowly. That is the key pace to change yourself naturally. Don't be like those airheads who try to lose 20lbs in 2 weeks. They are all going to get it back because they didn't allow enough time to adapt to their new lifestyle, and they only spent their time on food and drinks. Food and drinks are not the key to a lifestyle change. Just ask yourself this question to understand: Will I be eating salad everyday along with a cup of water for the rest of my life?
You have to change other parts of you to balance out so you can enjoy the foods you love, and have times to relax and be at ease. If you truly want that weight off for good, you are going to have to work in a lot of areas in life your life instead of one part, which is usually the food and drink part to a lot of noobs.
I am going to take this step by step to talk about this. There is too much stuff to explain on one journal.
