I slept in heavy today and felt groggy and werid when I got up after sleeping what was almost 12 hours straight in bed other than getting up to use the bathroom and ny neck was hurting me but realized later it was both a combination of the sleep I had and drinking thigs with to much sodium in it which raised my Blood Pressure I believe,

Had some time with My Pogi which was great and helped me be calm and reayd for bed that night Hugsssssssssssssssssss
