The sun is setting and you are almost at the village. There is a blurr of red and black racing through the tall grass of the jungle before your very eyes. You believe you were just seeing things and, right as you were about to continue your journey back home, you are proven wrong as there is a flash of light and the pain-filled roar of a lion echoes through the air. You decide to investigate in that direction and peer through the grass. Your eyes widen in shock as you see a pitch-black humanoid figure literally ripping the limbs from the lion before proceeding to feast on them. You take in its piercing red eyes and crimson locks that wave down to its shoulders. Before you know it, nothing remains of the lion aside from scraps. The figure's eyes seem to gleam in delight as they fix upon your face. You flinch, looking away with your arms defensively crossed in front of you but nothing happens. When you look back, you are amazed to see the tannest, most handsome man you have ever seen. His hair and eyes are exactly like the figure's were, but he appears to be at least a foot shorter. He scratches his head with a grin on his face as he says "Well, this is embarrassing... Nobody from this world has seen my demon form in over 50 years, until now." You are paralyzed in fear; this powerful man-beast-thing is a demon! He chuckles at your frozen stature. "How about we ~talk~ this over? A whole lion is more than enough to sate my hunger... for now. The name is Jason Valentine, also known as Ssadab by the divines."

Abilities:
-can transform between his human and demon forms
-exceptional speed, strength, and intellect
-able to conjure and control lightning and fire

Downfalls:
-once he wants something, he will go to any length in order to obtain it
-once he obtains something, he is very protective over it
-can only eat the flesh of recently killed beings. anything else poisons him
