I really wasn't sure what to put in here, but now thinking about what I learned last night I think I know. Not that I didn't already know this but, I was reminded that every day I should try to be my best self, meaning actually taking care of myself, my hair, my face, my skin, lips, make up, all that stuff I should be taking care of every day, and I should be doing yoga and/or working out every day, its not going to kill me, actually its probably going to help me and make me stronger and better. So from now on every day I'm going to strive to be my best self, whether its making healthier eating choices, working out, taking better care of my body and/or hair, something or maybe all of it to be my better self, and I'm going to do everything I need to do the way its suppose to be done, no more slacking.
